Spargo Productions is the amalgamation of a family’s skills and experience to create a company that offers outstanding support to a wide range of events and projects.
Every event is different and managing them requires flexibility, strong project management and the ability to think like an attendee.
And we mean ALL attendees, not just the very important paying punter or invited guest, but also the artists, speakers, contractors, venue staff, volunteers and media representatives. Each of these groups has its own set of requirements, ways of communicating and expectations from the project which need to be taken into account and met.
At Spargo Productions, with over 15 years working in events and media, we know what these expectations and requirements are, and whether we are project managing the whole event or just an element, we can ensure first-rate project management, accurate and timely communication to all parties and everything else necessary to ensure that everyone involved has a great, safe experience.
Meet the Team
Founder & CEO
Alex Spargo founded Spargo Productions in 2018, after working freelance as an Event Production Manager for 5 years. She has over 15 years’ experience in events and festivals, having managed music events, youth theatre, performance arts and corporate events, including green field/outdoor, single-venue and multi-venue events.
Media Relations Manager
Rebecca Spargo was a BBC journalist for 5 years before becoming the spokeswoman for the British Medical Association and later SAB Miller. As a former journalist, she inherently understands what the media need from an event and how best to gain coverage. She is also able to write from any perspective including charity, corporate or artistic.

Arthur is our first honorary Spargo.
After organising a variety of events at university he joined us on a temporary project and proved to be invaluable to the team.
