- Manage trader applications for events and select stalls to trade
- Liaison with food concessions in advance to arrange contracts, arrivals on site, accreditation and payments
- Produce Trader Guides for each event and circulate to confirmed traders
- Coordinate collection and sign-off of all risk assessments, method statements, hygiene certificates, gas and electrical certificates, and insurance policies from all traders
- Liaise with all stakeholders including site teams, local councils, festival management, contractors and traders
- Coordinate traders on-site at events and handle queries and troubleshooting during load in, show days and load out
