- Liaise with all stakeholders e.g. Police, Ambulance Service, Fire Brigade, local council, ticket company, sponsors, customers, site management team, production management team and contractors
- Arrange area facilities and operations requirements e.g. vehicles, plant, cabins, power, water, toilets, furniture etc
- Handle queries and troubleshoot during build, event and breakdown
