That means we’ve seen how events actually run across a wide range of teams, companies, and approaches, not just one way of doing things. We understand what works, what doesn’t, and where things tend to go wrong.

Our work has often been to sit between teams making sure the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. Bringing clarity, alignment, and structure to complex, fast-moving environments.
