- Coordinate crew catering, accommodation, accreditation and security vetting
- Arrange parking bay suspensions, TTROs and advance warning signs for road closures
- Arrange and participate in SAG (Safety Advisory Group) and Table Top (emergency planning and preparedness exercises)
- Organise, curate and sign off signage
- Manage collection and sign-off of all risk assessments, method statements, site plans and insurance policies from all contractors and sponsors
